Medical Emergency: Just say "Medical Emergency"
Hot Coffee!
Always specify the situation and who you need. "Hot Coffee" will get everyone's attention. If you need a particular person SAY SO - "Hot Coffee in the rave room. I need Beta or Sammich in the rave room. Again: " and repeat.
Once you have the people you need, CLEAR the Hot Coffee. "Hot Coffee Clear." and repeat it.
If you hear a "Hot Coffee" - do not use the radio until the Hot Coffee is cleared!
