We highly encourage attendees to host their own tabletop roleplaying game! From homebrew to 5e and everything in between, please send an email at [email protected] for approval.

There are a few things of note:

* As SNAFU is an all ages convention, we highly encourage to keep the "tone" of the game PG-13. Please keep cursing or mature subject matters to a minimum.
* Please bring as many supplies as you can! We will be glad to supply some miniatures, dice, playmats, etc, but these may be in limited stock.
* Let us know what your ideal schedule would be like ahead of time so we can put your game into the convention schedule. There is no minimum nor maximum on how many sessions you will need to run. (Unless attempting to get required hours under a volunteer badge. Please discuss this with the Tabletop heads in advance.)
==Kobold's Keep==
Kobold's Keep is the store, now under it's own Vendor banner. The Snacks sold will not infringe upon the casino's selection and proceeds go directly to the convention. (Snacks are bought on wholesale by Yim's Grocery.)
*A staff member must be watching over the merch at all times (this does not mean you need to sit behind the table 24/7, just be aware of when people approach the table)
*Upsell.
*There is a Square Reader provided for purchases. Only a limited number of people have access to this square reader.

Running Your Own Game

We highly encourage attendees to host their own tabletop roleplaying game! From homebrew to 5e and everything in between, please send an email at [email protected] for approval.

There are a few things of note:

  • As SNAFU is an all ages convention, we highly encourage to keep the "tone" of the game PG-13. Please keep cursing or mature subject matters to a minimum.
  • Please bring as many supplies as you can! We will be glad to supply some miniatures, dice, playmats, etc, but these may be in limited stock.
  • Let us know what your ideal schedule would be like ahead of time so we can put your game into the convention schedule. There is no minimum nor maximum on how many sessions you will need to run. (Unless attempting to get required hours under a volunteer badge. Please discuss this with the Tabletop heads in advance.)

Kobold's Keep

Kobold's Keep is the store, now under it's own Vendor banner. The Snacks sold will not infringe upon the casino's selection and proceeds go directly to the convention. (Snacks are bought on wholesale by Yim's Grocery.)

  • A staff member must be watching over the merch at all times (this does not mean you need to sit behind the table 24/7, just be aware of when people approach the table)
  • Upsell.
  • There is a Square Reader provided for purchases. Only a limited number of people have access to this square reader.

Paint and Take

The Paint and Take is a table where con-goers can purchase tabletop miniatures to paint. Paint is provided at con and once someone has purchased a miniature they can come back as many times over the weekend to continue painting.

  • PLEASE KEEP THIS TABLE MANAGEABLE! Paper towels, water cups, brushes, and palettes are provided.
  • Make sure there is no inappropriate use of the materials provided.
  • VIP coupons are applied and collected in the cash box.
  • Paint water is collected and disposed of on-site. Refer to a Tabletop Staffer for this.

Special Events
