The policies regarding radios is as follows.
1. If you are a staff member who is to receive a radio, either by order of a Senior Staff Member or due to the function of your job, you must check one out by speaking to the Staff Member in charge of Radio check-out/check-in.
2. Check-out/Check-in must be performed by an authorized Staff Member dictated by Haku, Beta, or Nathan.
3. The Radio must be initialed for by the person receiving the radio on the check-out/check-in sheet.
4. You may not check out a radio for another person.
5. The Staff Member in charge of Check-out/Check-in must verify and initial when a radio has been issued on the check-out/check-in sheet.
6. Radios must be checked in at the end of your shift unless otherwise noted.
7. After checking out a radio, it is your responsibility. If you lose it or break it, you will be responsible for replacing it.
8. Radio's must not leave the convention unless permission has been given by Haku, Beta, or Nathan
9. Misuse of the radio in any form will result in lost of the ability to use the radios.
