1. When badges are exported they get marked as "exported" with an export date.
2. Once the badges come back from the printer, the Badge Audit may proceed as follows:
a. Two people take the printed badges and create a list. One person is the Badge Caller and the other is the List Creator. The List Creator creates the list electronically so that the numbers can easily be transmitted.
b. The Badge Caller says the badge number out loud.
c. The List Creator logs the numbers in a "number comma number" format (e.g. 454, 556, 443, 332, 333) and repeats the number out loud as they input it into the list.
d. Repeat steps b and c until all badges are accounted for.
3. When the entire list is created, it is sent to run a query. The query compares the "exported" badges against the created list and marks those badges as "printed".
4. The list is reviewed. Any badges that are marked as "exported" but are not "printed" must still be created.
NOTE: The process is the same for the Badge Audit for Early Reg., but the badges are marked as "hand written" instead of "printed".
