Con Ops Paper Filing System
Con Ops has a paper filing system for receiving paper documents, scanning them into Evernote and/or entering the information into BACON. It is a simple filing system of folders with sub-folders. They are as follows:
GREEN FOLDER – VOLUNTEERS (3 folders) -RECEIVED -SCANNED -ENTERED
BLUE FOLDER – PROGRAMMING (2 folders) -SCANNED -ENTERED
RED FOLDER – CONTRACTS (3 folders) -RECEIVED -SCANNED -ENTERED
ORANGE FOLDER – HR (3 folders) -RECEIVED -SCANNED -ENTERED
HANGING FOLDER FOR COMPLETED TAX DOCUMENTS
HANGING FOLDER FOR BLANK FORMS
Summary of Filing Process
When filing, ALL DOCUMENTS must be stamped RECEIVED, SCANNED, or ENTERED. RECEIVED – We received the document SCANNED – The document was scanned in to Evernote ENTERED – The document info was entered into BACON
