RT (Resource Tracker)
RT is our ticket manager, and how we handle emailing in and out for the staff.
If you're helping answering emails, or if you need to answer or send emails for your department, you need to use RT.
Bitrix24
Bitrix24 is our major task list and file storing system.
BACON/Registration
If you registered for con, you made it. There's a whole different side of it for staff though that manages a lot of what we do.
