Vice Chair of the con from 2010 - 2023; stepping back in 2024 to focus on specific roles within the convention, largely HR, Documentation, Continual Improvement.

My main talent is paying attention and knowing all the things - especially knowing how things should be done, whether or not I have the ability to do them. I can step into most roles in the convention with minimal difficulty to cover any holes and smooth out any wrinkles, but as the years continued, I took on more and more and enjoyed it less and less. In 2023 it started to tangibly affect my health. I can't kill myself for the con, so I'm doing what I can to set everyone else up to succeed while backing off and letting things go for someone else to handle.

One of my tasks at my day job has been an internal auditor for ISO9001:2015. I'm bringing this experience to SNAFU Con and focusing on Continual Improvement and Documentation, working on building and improving our processes. I've been wanting to do this for years, but when everything was on my shoulders I never had the time nor the spoons to give it much attention.
