Meeting and Communication

  • Reviewed and approved meeting selections scheduled by Cassy
  • Sent out meeting email
  • Emailed out meeting notes
  • Sent another meeting email today

Contracts and Vendors

  • Handled merchant contracts
  • Completed staff contracts
  • Reviewed Warky's contract and approved it
  • Reviewed vendors we liked from last time (Handled by Head and Nuriko)

Technology and Online Media

  • Published graphics on social media
  • Opened up panel applications (Completed by tjsomething)
  • Added a tech interest point on the application
  • Enabled Angie and Omega in RT
  • Sent fliers to print
  • Started working on con book

Event Planning

  • Scheduled the Truck (Handled by Cassy due to website issues)
  • Organized catering and BEOs
  • Coordinated with Sammich about role sync before clearing old staff roles

Inventory and Purchasing
