A "Merchant" is the convention's all-encompassing term for vendors. The city and state use the term "vendor" which can lead to confusion. A "Merchant" is the convention's all-encompassing term for sellers or vendors. The city and state use the term "vendor" which can lead to confusion. Because the convention was already using the term "vendor" as a specific type of merchant, we use the term Merchant the same way the city uses Vendor.
Merchants (Vendors) are all of the following:
- Vendors in the vendor room
- Artists
- Guests who have a table to sell at
- Swap Meet
- Clubs / Organizations selling or advertising themselves
- Any person or company who has been given a table and uses it to sell or advertise
