A "Merchant" is the convention's all-encompassing term for sellers or vendors. The city and state use the term "vendor" which can lead to confusion. Because the convention was already using the term "vendor" as a specific type of merchant, we use the term Merchant the same way the city uses Vendor.

Merchants (Vendors) are all of the following:

  • Vendors in the vendor room
  • Artists in Artist Alley
  • Guests who have a table to sell at
  • Swap Meet
  • Clubs / Organizations selling or advertising themselves
  • Any person or company who has been given a table and uses it to sell or advertise (see Reno Business License)
