In 2021 I created a channel called "i-just-need-a-todo-channel" and used it to organize myself. This is the version of that channel organized by ChatGPT into something that can be reviewed in other years:

### **Completed Tasks:**

#### Meeting and Communication:

- Reviewed and approved meeting selections scheduled by Cassy

- Sent out meeting email

- Emailed out meeting notes

- Sent another meeting email **today**

#### Contracts and Vendors:

- Handled merchant contracts

- Completed staff contracts

- Reviewed Warky's contract and approved it

- Reviewed vendors we liked from last time (Handled by Head and Nuriko)

#### Technology and Online Media:

- Published graphics on social media

- Opened up panel applications (Completed by tjsomething)

- Added a tech interest point on the application

- Enabled Angie and Omega in RT

- Sent fliers to print

- Started working on con book

#### Event Planning:

- Scheduled the Truck (Handled by Cassy due to website issues)

- Organized catering and BEOs

- Coordinated with Sammich about role sync before clearing old staff roles

#### Inventory and Purchasing:

- Paid Econoprint

- Ordered 1,000 badge clips

- Checked the stock of poker chips (Sufficient)

 

#### Special Projects:

- Created list of things to give to new assistants (Partially complete, Wiki exists)

- Updated To-Do List

- Updated badge checking schedule

- Got Adam into RT because it was broken

- Initiated T-shirt design (Sent to fuel)

 

#### Others:

- Reviewed and approved a room just for talking to assistants

- Updated mask policy for small children

- Updated various signs for the event

- Sent out a staff update email

- Karaoke planning given up

- Cosplay Cafe cancelled

- Various signs dropped or moved down

### **Purchases:**

- Bought HP Toner, inkjet ink, date stamp, Lam pouches, hologram security stickers, hand sanitizer, honey candy and honey sticks, masks, and AA hand sanitizer bottles.

- Staff roles and responsibilities distributed amongst various team members like Cassy, Sammich, and Dave.

- Some tasks had to be dropped due to time constraints.

- Various details regarding policy updates and planning were also handled.
