The Contracts department is handled by several individuals but is mostly run by Llama.
Responsibilities
- Work with Artist Alley, Vendors, Swap Meet, and other merchants to create the annual merchant contracts.
- Work with the chairs and company owners to create the annual staff contract.
- Work with various departments to handle any contracts, releases, or waivers they may need.
- Acquire approval from the company lawyer for all convention contracts and releases.
