Getting Cosplay Panels:
- The cosplay department puts out calls on social media and local cosplay groups for panel submissions
- Experienced cosplayers may be directly contacted and invited to consider hosting panels
- When the general panel submission form opens, cosplay staffers may reach out to encourage cosplayers to apply
- Cosplayers submit their panel topics/descriptions through the standard submission process
